The vets and all the staff at Gem City Vets are phenomenal. They love all the animals they treat AND the owners. They are kind,understanding and professional. Personally they have helped me and all my pets.I wish I could find medical staff like them and show such compassion as they do,even though some owners are demanding and rude.They do a wonderful job and we are thankful for them coming to Trotwood to help us out!!!♥️♥️♥️

Very caring and excellent service. Try to get an appointment. Walk-ins are squeezed in first come, first served if they have time between appointments so expect a long wait if you are a walk-in. They communicate well and give updates on when and if you can be seen. Worth the wait for the price and service.

Updated: I have now been to this clinic with 4 other pets and had the same amazing experience each time. 🩷 This was my first trip to Gem City Vet with my kitten, Korok Seed. The staff was spectacular. They were ALL kind, patient, informative, empathetic, and friendly, even when faced with an impatient client they remained steadfastly cordial and sweet. The doctor and her tech/assistant were fantastic and fast and handled my kitten with care even as he acted like a brat. I will be referring all my grooming clients here who need routine and wellness care, and my other pets as well. The cost was so affordable and the facility is clean and comfortable. Thank you for what you do. Korok thanks you too even though he doesn't know it ;)

This is a great place. The technicians, veterinarians and receptionist were all very kind and welcoming. This is a vet for lower income homes and I'm very thankful that this place exists. Very affordable care and they don't treat you poorly unlike other organizations that help lower income individuals. Thank you Gem City. Penelope and Charlie 🐾

Made time for the cat I found outside, even though they were slammed. Above and beyond, is how I’d describe their care. Moo came in as a stray outdoor cat. I’d found her a home, but she was sick. The staff tested her for contagious disease so she could be brought into her new home, via a rapid test. They found a a tape worm, during the exam. Which they helped me find treatment for. It took maybe 15 minutes of actual time. It was also extremely cheap. Moo lives a happy life now, no longer sickly, and starving. She has a family that loves her, and she’s healthy now.
